  • How do I register for the league?

    You can register your team using the Circuit Portal website. 

  • Is my team able to take part in individual sessions without being a full league team?

    Yes, NCHC allows for non-league teams to take part in sessions if they care to - it would, however, negate eligibility for the Championship Weekend.

  • What is the benefit of taking part in an In-Season Event?

    • Discounted pricing on events 
    • More local game opportunities for your team
    • Certain games can count towards overall NCHC ranking
    • You would be helping support the Ottawa basketball community, as well as NCHC member clubs
  • What does my NCHC registration fee cover?

    • Officials and host staff
    • Facility costs
    • Equipment and media
    • League operations
    • Awards and misc.
  • What is the refund policy?

    Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis up until November 1st 2024.

  • What happens if a session is cancelled due to weather?

    Sessions will be rescheduled ASAP if they are cancelled for any reason whatsoever.
